We want you to be completely satisfied with our Service. If you're not, we've designed a fair refund policy that protects both our customers and our business.

3. Pro-Rated Refunds
3.1 When Pro-Rated Refunds Apply
Pro-rated refunds are available when:
You request a refund after 30 days
You've exceeded the 50,000 character usage threshold within 30 days
You cancel mid-billing cycle and request a refund
3.2 How Pro-Rated Refunds Are Calculated
Formula:
Refund Amount = (Remaining Days ÷ Total Days in Billing Period) × Subscription Price
Example (Monthly Plan at $49/month):
Subscription started: December 1
Refund requested: December 15
Days used: 14
Days remaining: 17
Refund: (17 ÷ 31) × $49 = $26.87
Example (Yearly Plan at $468/year):
Subscription started: January 1
Refund requested: March 1
Days used: 59
Days remaining: 306
Refund: (306 ÷ 365) × $468 = $392.42
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are NOT eligible for refunds:

5. Cancellation Policy
5.1 How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time through:

Canceling your subscription stops future billing but does not automatically process a refund. If you want a refund, you must request one separately.

If you cancel and later wish to return:

Your account history and saved voices may be retained (subject to data retention policy)
6. How to Request a Refund
6.1 Refund Request Process

Preferred refund method (original payment method is default)
Step 2: We review your request within 2 business days
Step 3: We process approved refunds within 5-10 business days
Step 4: Refund appears on your statement within 5-10 additional business days (depending on your bank)

Last 4 digits of payment method (for verification)
Date of purchase (approximate is fine)

10. Abuse Prevention

We monitor for refund abuse patterns, including:
Multiple accounts created to repeatedly claim refunds
Generating large amounts of content then requesting refunds
Chargebacks filed without contacting us first
Misrepresenting eligibility for refunds
10.2 Consequences of Abuse
Users who abuse our refund policy may:
Be permanently banned from the Service
Have refund requests denied

11. Yearly Plan Considerations

Yearly plans have additional considerations:
30-day money-back guarantee still applies
Pro-rated refunds available after 30 days
Larger refund amounts due to annual billing

If you want to switch from yearly to monthly:

12. Currency and Fees

If your bank converts currencies:
